  • Great Lakes Gelatin – Collagen – Unflavored Protein
    • I’ve been taking this for years to help support my joints. Mixes very easily in liquids and a good addition to any post workout shake you take. Also great in the morning. Home made bullet-proof-protein-energy: coffee, 1/2 tablespoon of butter or coconut oil, and some Great Lakes Gelatin.
  • Jarrow Creatine
    • Creatine is one of the only sport’s supplements that’e been PROVEN by science over and over again. This is a very high quality and affordable creatine from Jarrow.
  • Simply One Men’s Multivitamin
    • This has been my go-to multi for past 5-6 years. Some people are against taking these. I consider a multivitamin cheap “insurance” for my health. This brand is whole food based/non-gmo and easy on the stomach.
